We build semi custom homes, custom homes, barndominiums, shops, garages, and high quality accessory structures. Every project is built with durability, craftsmanship, and efficient timelines.

Yes and this is our preferred method. To provide an accurate estimate, we must have complete architectural and engineered plans. Every detail including layout, structure, and square footage affects the price. If you do not have plans, we can connect you with our architect to create them.

Customers need the following before we can enter into a build agreement:
- Land or a lot under contract
- Completed plans
- A clear working budget
- Financing secured if using a lender

Yes. We can connect you with trusted land agents and help evaluate whether a property is suitable before you commit.

Yes. A deposit is required at signing. After that, payments follow milestones including foundation completion, framing completion, rough-ins, drywall stage, and final payment at closing.

Yes. Your home includes allowances which are budgets for materials such as flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and fixtures. You may choose any materials within the allowance or if you select items above the allowance, you pay the difference. Allowances keep your budget predictable while giving you flexibility to create your dream home down to the very last detail.
